As concerns over the Coronavirus grow, we have had several people asking if we are still running service. The answer is YES, we are still open and still providing all of our services! Even in these times of uncertainty, we understand that people need working appliances, and we are doing everything in our power to create a safe and sanitary environment for our staff and the customers we serve. Accordingly, all of our technicians are taking extra precautions to sanitize equipment and surfaces and avoid unnecessary exposure. Additionally, all our technicians will wear a fresh pair of gloves and booties when they enter homes.
We also understand that unexpected expenses such as appliance repair can be a financial burden during these difficult times. In an effort to ease this burden, beginning March 20th, we are offering a 10% DISCOUNT on every service invoice for all customers for the rest of the month.
It is going to take a team effort to unify and make it through this, and local businesses need the support of the community more than ever right now. On behalf of the Reliable Appliance team, our hearts go out to everyone impacted by this crisis.
