Olimpia Splendid Maestro Pro 12 HP (Heat Pump) Model 01925 is an industry leading inverter compressor technology that provides unparalleled comfort in heating and cooling for both residential or commercial applications. The industry leading Italian design makes Maestro Pro the first AC or Heat Pump that does not require an outdoor unit! Only two louvered penetrations can be seen on the exterior of the building or home. With Cooling Capacity of 11,600 BTU and Heating Capacity of 10,600 BTU, this heat pump unit uses a closed system refrigerant system with R410A, a Rotating Flap that provides total air diffusion for consistent temperature throughout the space, and User Control Options including a Multifunction Remote (standard), Wireless Wall Mounted Thermostat (optional), 24 Hour Timer, and Sound Transmission that is a Best in class STC and OITC. Functions include; Fan Mode: Adjustable 3 speed fan with fan only mode to optimize air circulation, Dehumidification Mode: Reduces airflow to increase the amount of moisture removed from the space, Economy Mode: Allows for energy savings by automatically optimizing the unit’s performance, Auto Mode: Adjusts setpoint based on ambient temperature, Sleep Mode: Gradually increases the temperature setpoint ensuring whisper quiet operation, greater comfort and energy savings while you sleep, and Silent Mode: Allows the user to set the system to a minimum sound level.
