An electrical cord recall by Bosch was made on our dishwasher and Reliable Appliance was recommended to do the replacement cord. From contacting Reliable to completion of the replacement, everything went as promised. Xavier was extremely professional and careful during set-up and clean-up! Over the phone, Jessica gave me honest feedback, a perfect answer in regards to an estimate, on the low and high side, and helped me make a decision on whether it would be best to fix my washer or buy a new one. Dishwasher install without issue - one tiny quick fix leak after he left but otherwise great job! Refrigerator door flap repair took some ingenuity (find a similar part on an old fridge and modify it to fit) and works great! Definitely recommend.read more

I had the pleasure of having Shannon service my dryer and he was amazing! He called before he arrived. He explained everything that needed to be done and he did it. He took his time to make sure my dryer issues were resolved but didn't take ALL DAY. He informed me on how to maintain and extend the life of my appliances. I mean he even showed me something new about my washer and I've had it for 2 years! Most of all he didn't track snow in my house! That's a biggie. Paul was exceptionally courteous and professional. He quickly assessed our situation, provided me with an explanation before moving any appliances and went straight to work. Did a good job. Our refrigerator was chronically freezing food. We called Reliable. They scheduled an appointment, made a robo-call day before to indicate 3 hour time block they'd appear, and repairman called 30 minutes in advance to give exact arrival time. They showed up on the dot, and were very professional and friendly. Repairman determined it was likely a problem with an overly full refrigerator impeding airflow along the back wall. He explained how the freezer-refrigerator worked, advised on loading, and plugged a couple of 3/4 inch circulation holes with putty to reduce freezer-to-refrigerator airflow. The bill was 89 for service call, 48 for labor, and 26 for the putty. Only thing I'd have liked different was to be given option of buying plumber's putty myself and saving about 22 dollars. Aside from that, I couldn't ask for a more professional, courteous service call.read more

We called them to come out to fix our washer. It wasn't doing the final spin they came out once and said nothing wrong. So we called them again I took off work so I could be here. The tried to tell me there was nothing wrong which there was. He took off the front and said he would be back with the parts. Almost 6 hrs later and it's not fixed. I had ordered the part that was to be installed, but this crazy lady misplaced the spring and screw that was an essential part of the repair. If you care about your home and your wallet, don't do business with Sears or Reliable Appliance. Under the Sears maintenance agreement, a repairman from Reliable Appliance came out in June and left a leaking dishwasher to ruin my subfloor. The only help either Sears or Reliable Appliance offered was to charge me more money to uninstall or reinstall it. The Sears people were polite, but did not offer any help to resolve this. Reliable was rude and aggressive. I now have to file a claim. Worst experience ever with doing business with Sears. It used to be great company. Not any more.

I pretty much already knew what was wrong with my dryer- I just didn't know if I'd be able to get in there to fix it with my husband gone due to military duty. I was very impressed with the customer service from Reliable appliance! I actually called frigidaire about a problem with my fridge, and it was covered under warranty. They forwarded me to Reliable, the friendly technician came out 3 days later and had it done in 20 min! Definitely have my new favorite appliance repair company! thanks for your friendly & prompt service!

I am always impressed with the service I get from Reliable......They have been working in my home for at least 10 years and I have never been disappointed.......honest, hardworking and I have always felt my business with them has been a good value!!! Most recent repairmen used were: Darin for a washer/dryer and dishwasher.....super!!! And Paul for a refrigerator......excellent.

Not a happy camper.. washers brakes down and getting a run around because I live in Eagle River washer under warranty. It a joke.. less then a year old.. someone was going be out 28 December 2015 didn't show are call to say why. Now saying it will be 28 January 2016.. a long time to wait with two small kids...

My dryer busted and they came out within a few days. My Service Tech was Emmanuel, He was very knowledgeable and had the problem fixed in about an hour. Customer service was outstanding! Highly recommend.

Brand new washer started screaming in pain , so Repairman Paul came to rescue. Very helpful, clean, taught me all about new washer and fished out broken plastic piece under drum. Thank you. They were excellent . It did take a week for my appointment , but not alarming to me.
